The Origin Story...

Hi, I’m Stephanie—and I’m so glad you’re here exploring the Million Dollar Conversations Mastermind. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re feeling the pull to lead at a higher level—not just for your team or your company, but for yourself, your vision, and the people who count on you.

There are really two reasons this program exists.

The first is deeply personal: it’s become my mission to help women show up powerfully—for themselves, their teams, their companies, and their families. I believe that when women are supported and challenged in the right way, we lead differently—and we lead better. This program was built to support that kind of growth.

The second reason is that I wish something like this existed earlier in my own career. I remember wanting to grow, to lead more boldly, to play at a higher level—but not having the right people around me to help me do that. Sometimes the leadership I reported to wasn’t aligned with where I wanted to go. Other times, I was surrounded by people who just couldn’t stretch me the way I needed.

And like many women, I bought into the idea that if I just worked harder, if I just pushed more, that would eventually translate into success. But over time, I realized that effort alone wasn’t the answer. Hustle without intention just leads to burnout—not breakthrough.

Million Dollar Conversations is about giving women a space to lead, grow, and stretch—with honesty, strategy, and support. A place where challenge and encouragement go hand in hand. A place where we can have real conversations—the kind that unlock the next level.
